The Office of the Labor Commissioner (OLC) is Nevada’s principal wage, hour, and labor regulatory agency. The OLC is responsible for ensuring that employees receive:
- Minimum wage
- Prevailing wage
- Overtime pay
- Required rest, break, and lunch periods
They also oversee employment practices involving minors and other key workplace regulations.
During this session, attendees will learn about the OLC’s mission to:
- Resolve labor-related issues efficiently and professionally
