Unfortunately\, many struggle to gather vital\, valuable\, and correct information or ask the right questions. This leads to wasted time in the shop\, frustrated customers at the counter\, and ultimately less profit on your bottom line. The purpose of this presentation is to teach Service Advisors how to really hear what your customers are saying by using active listening and clear communication techniques during every conversation.\n\n\n\n12:30- 1:30pm - Lunch - NWACA Update\n\n2:00- 3:30pm- Educational Roundtable\n\n5:30 pm Cocktails \n\n6:30pm-9:00pm - Saturday Awards Banquet - (Semi-Formal Dress Attire)\n\nAfter complimentary cocktails and a delicious dinner\, we will recognize this last years leadership and "Outstanding Member of the Year"\n\n\n\nJeff Lovell\, our President/Executive Director for almost 2 decades\, has decided that he is beginning a new adventure in his life\, retirement. Jeff officially retired January 1\, 2022.\n\n \n\nJeff has been an integral part of our association for the last 21 years. Jeff began his journey with our association on May 3\, 2002 working directly with Pete Hunt\, the Executive Director. Jeff's contribution to our association will always be valued and remembered. Jeff's hard work\, commitment\, and dedication are worthy of admiration. Jeff will be greatly missed.
