The Stay at Work program is a financial incentive for State Fund employers. The Department can reimburse employers for some of their costs when they provide temporary, light-duty jobs for injured workers while they heal.

*   50% of the base wage – up to 66 days – or $10,000 per claim

The Preferred Worker Program is a financial incentive program for Washington employers who employ workers with permanent work restrictions.

*   50% of the base wages paid to the Preferred Worker – up to $10,000
